Our Delivery Service
After your order is placed with Rogerseller, your delivery of goods will be coordinated by our Client Services Team and dispatched from Derrimut, Victoria (3026). We entrust in the services of StarTrack to deliver your goods on time. Delivery fees are calculated by your total order value and timings are dependent on location. As a general guide, most metro city deliveries will take between 1-5 working days and up to 7 working days for regional areas.
Please note, due to operational safety regulations our delivery services (for large/heavy orders) are to kerbside only.
Road Delivery is available on all orders and is dispatched the very same day if the order is received by 12pm EST weekdays. Delivery times range from 1-7 working days depending on your location.
Signature On Delivery
To ensure your order reaches you, we require a signature on delivery for all online orders. If no one is home to sign, your order will be dropped at the closest StarTrack Distribution centre for your collection.
We deliver all over Australia, directly to your home or building site. Remember we require a signature on delivery and larger/heavier orders are delivered to kerbside only due to OH&S regulations.
At the moment, our site does not support international orders. However, our sales team will be more than happy to arrange for international delivery. Click here to get in touch.
Showroom Order Delivery Advice
For all orders placed directly via our Showrooms, our Client Services Team will phone you to organise your delivery. They will advise an estimated time of arrival for your order and which transport company will be used, confirming which service you have selected to send your goods.
Delivery Cost & Timings
Your delivery fee is calculated by your total order value. Delivery times vary depending on location. As a general guide, most metro city deliveries will take between 1-5 working days and up to 7 working days for regional areas.
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them and online orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

If you would like to return an item, you have 30 days from your delivery date to make your claim. Head to our Returns page for more information.
Because we understand that building delays can occur, we’ll happily store, free of charge, your order for up to 4 weeks from your original delivery date. After this time, you can rent space at 10% of the total order value per month.
