Exceptional Apartment Living

Boutique building developers Kalex presents 166 Gertrude Street, Fitzroy.  Located close to Brunswick and Smith Streets in Fitzroy, this six-level residential precinct boasts twenty-seven apartments and five commercial spaces.  Taking inspiration from adjacent buildings and culturally diverse surrounds, architects Jackson Clements Burrows created a progressive building design.

Kalex remained true to their vision for this project, “an exceptional site, needs and exceptional response,” with the inclusion of Valcucine kitchens in each apartment.  The New Logica back panels and Artematica cabinetry in this property illustrates modern contemporary apartment design.

The New Logica back panels exploit space by containing all that is needed in the kitchen.  With the added ability to conceal all items creating a streamlined look, the back panel makes the daily kitchen interaction effortless.

The Apaiser Sublime 1700, nestles perfectly into the bathroom and is complemented by Rogerseller collections including Arq and Strata.
